So many great prints!!!

The fourth graders finished up the semester with a project that had a lot of different parts.  They studied the printmaker Jose Posada, created a guided drawing of La Catrina, created another drawing they would use for their printing plate, carved their printing plate and printed their prints.  They also made mini printing plates and prints so that they had some familiarity with printing prior to printing from their bigger plates.  Here are some of the awesome images they came up with.
